The class went on a minibeast hunt.
History- Significant Nurses
Our class has been exploring the remarkable contributions of nurses from history, including Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole. To help us understand more about nursing, we were excited to welcome ‘Granny Measures’ to our class. The children enjoyed hearing about her job, asking questions and pretending to be a nurse by practising how to use bandages. It was a fun afternoon that helped us understand how nurses care for people and why they are so important.

This year’s National Poetry Day was on the theme of ‘Wonder’ and our live assembly was led by Hot Poets in collaboration with poet and former Children’s Laureate Michael Rosen.
It was WONDERful.

Class 2 took part in setting a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSâ„¢ title for the most people reading online in 12 hours.
It involved joining a fun webinar session with the author Rashmi Sirdeshpande and Nakul P.
